We source, buy, merchandise, style, warehouse, and ship everything from her PUBLIC ourselves.

If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase please visit our Return + Exchanges section for more information (as we always aim for the happiest of customers and will do whatever it takes to keep you there!).

We will happily ship anywhere in North America (Canada, U.S.) and international. Below are our shipping rates:

Canada: Free shipping on all orders over $200

              Standard 5-10 business days=$23.99

              Express 3-5 =$35

(All parcels tracked through Canada Post)

USA:  Free shipping over $300

          Standard 7-10 business days= $35

          Express =$50

International: Free shipping over $300

         2-4 weeks=$50

         Express=$75        

+ International:  Shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination of the customer (ship to address). We will respond to you via email within 24 hours for your shipping costs and times.

PLEASE NOTE:

Domestic Shipping:

+ All Canadian orders are shipped with insurance and tracking. 

International Shipping:

+ Standard USA and international shipping does not include tracking or insurance. Once an order is fulfilled and given to shipping courier, her PUBLIC Boutique, will not be held responsible for any damages and/or theft incurred. To better protect yourself we recommend adding tracking and insurance to your purchases.

+ If you receive a package that is damaged, empty, or tampered with in any way please contact your local carrier immediately and report a claim. We will help in any way we can, so please notify us as well, contact@herpublic.com

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

+ All standard domestic orders will ship within 1-2 business days of purchase following payment authorization. Shipment arrival times are only an estimate and do not include weekends or holidays.

+ All standard US and International orders will ship within 3-4 days of purchase following payment authorization. Shipment arrival times are only an estimate and do not include weekends or holidays.
 
+ Once an order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your shipping and/or tracking information.

+Order Cancellations are not possible at this time, you will have to recieve your order, and then return or exchange the item(s). More infomation on  how to complete returns and exchanges on 'returns and exchanges page' under Customer Care.
 
+ Express and Priority shipping will be sent out the same day as ordered if the transaction occurs before 1 PM MST. If not, it will be shipped out the following morning. 
 
+ Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes and duties as required by Canadian Customs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. On rare occasions, customs may also delay the delivery of your purchase.
